Get to know our rules
The number of spots is intentionally limited – usually to 50-70 people, maintaining a balanced split between women and men. This ensures an intimate atmosphere, and conversations have a chance to be truly meaningful.
The primary language at our events is Polish. Many of our events are foreigner-friendly — the host speaks English and translates key elements when needed. Check individual event descriptions for the PL/EN friendly label.
No. Unison Hearts is something completely different. Instead of timed conversations, we have light activities, games, and relaxed time for chatting—no clock and no judging. Our host makes sure everyone feels comfortable.
Unison Hearts is a social evening for singles in Poland — in the format of icebreaker games, conversations, and fun. We’re for adults aged 25–55 who want to meet new people in a natural and stress-free way. This isn’t speed dating — there’s no timer or strict rules. We have a host who makes sure everything flows smoothly.
Of course — and that’s what we’re counting on! Most participants come solo. The evening’s format is designed for initial conversations to flow naturally, without pressure or the need to approach anyone on your own.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase. The only exception is if the entire event is cancelled by the organizer — in which case you are entitled to a full refund. Before purchasing, please make sure that the chosen date and city are suitable for you.
Yes — we’re currently in Opening Season with prices at 55-65 PLN. This is a launch price, limited in time and quantity. After Opening Season ends, regular ticket prices will be 80-100 PLN.
We offer two types of tickets: “Early bird” and “Standard”.
Limiting attendance is a deliberate choice. It ensures comfort, safety, and quality conversations. Once all spots are filled, we close sales. We recommend booking in advance.
Go to the Meetups page, select the event you’re interested in, and follow the instructions. Payment is made online—we accept cards, BLIK, and other popular methods. After purchase, you’ll receive an electronic ticket via email, which you need to show at the entrance.
We do not photograph or record other participants without their explicit consent. If you want to take a selfie, go ahead, but don’t include anyone in the shot who hasn’t given their consent. Our photography team always informs about the opt-out option.
We ask for smart casual — no evening wear, but no beach attire either. It’s about comfort and mutual respect. There are no additional appearance requirements.
Full respect for all participants is required. Zero harassment, pressure, or inappropriate comments. Our host is always available—if something concerns you, just reach out to them. A zero-tolerance policy means that any violation of the rules results in immediate removal from the event.
Alcoholic beverages are available at our partner bar. There’s no obligation to consume them — we also offer non-alcoholic drinks. Please drink responsibly. Individuals who are visibly intoxicated may be asked to leave the venue.
Participant safety is our absolute priority. The host has the right to ask anyone to leave the room — without warning and without appeal. If you feel uncomfortable, don’t wait: approach the host or text the number provided at the entrance.
We choose locations near public transport stops and with access to parking or Bolt/Uber zones. Detailed directions are sent to your email after ticket purchase.
Guest registration usually starts 30 minutes before the official program begins. We recommend arriving on time—the first moments at the entrance are a great opportunity for natural conversations before we officially start.

Our evenings are held in carefully selected bars and restaurants in the city center — chosen for their perfect atmosphere, acoustics, and convenient transport links. The exact address for each event will be provided in your email confirmation after you purchase your ticket.
