Terms and Conditions for Adult Social Events

1. General Provisions

The Event Organizer is Colorful Sp. z o.o. (event organizer under the UnisonHearts brand) with its registered office in Krakow, entered in the KRS under number [0000494219], Tax ID [6772379072], REGON [123025909], email: unisonhearts.pl@gmail.com (hereinafter: “Organizer”).
These terms and conditions define the rules of participation in social and networking events organized by the Organizer (hereinafter: “Event”).
The Event is of a social nature and aims to enable participants to make new acquaintances.
Events may be organized in various venues, including clubs, bars, cocktail bars, restaurants, and other entertainment facilities.
The Organizer does not provide matchmaking services and does not guarantee the establishment of relationships between participants.
The Organizer is not responsible for the further development of relationships between participants after the Event ends.
The Organizer does not sell alcohol. Any alcohol consumption takes place in accordance with the regulations of the food and beverage establishment where the Events are held and at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participation in the Event means acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Only adults aged 25 to 55 may participate in the Event.
Participants are required to comply with these terms and conditions, social norms, and the Organizer’s instructions.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from the Event in case of violation of the terms and conditions.

Participation in the Event is paid.
Purchasing a ticket is equivalent to reserving a spot and accepting the terms and conditions.
After purchase, the ticket is delivered to the participant electronically to the email address provided during purchase.
The ticket will be sent immediately, no later than 24 hours from the moment the payment is processed.
If the ticket is not received within the specified time, the participant is required to contact the organizer by email: unisonhearts.pl@gmail.com.
If a participant does not attend the Event, the purchased ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another Event date.
An exception is when the Event is rescheduled by the Organizer – in such case, the participant has the right to a ticket refund or exchange for another Event date.

Participants are required to behave in a polite manner, with respect for others.
Aggressive, vulgar, discriminatory behavior, or behavior that poses a threat to other participants is prohibited.
Participants are required to comply with the regulations of the venue where the Event takes place.
The Organizer has the right to remove from the Event any person violating the code of conduct without the right to a ticket refund.

Participants take part in the Event at their own risk.
The Organizer is not liable for: the behavior of other participants, lost, stolen, or damaged items, incidents caused by the participant or third parties during the Event.

The participant consents to the free use of their image captured during the Event for the Organizer’s promotional purposes.

Complaints should be submitted by email to email: unisonhearts.pl@gmail.com within 7 days from the event date.

The Organizer will review the complaint within 14 days.

In accordance with Art. 38 point 12 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on consumer rights, the participant does not have the right to withdraw from the contract if the contract concerns services related to entertainment events that take place on a specified date or period.
Purchasing a ticket for an event organized by Colorful Sp. z o.o. (UnisonHearts brand) is equivalent to accepting the above conditions.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
